Structural Change and Social Inequality Program is a multidisciplinary research proposal which includes the Latin American historical-structuralist tradition to address the new challenges posed by the globalization process to the development of society in Argentina. These are issues of concern and study the scope and meaning of the transformations taking place in the economic and employment system, social stratification and mobility, productivity, employment and the labor market, income distribution and social marginality. The program brings together behind this interest different research projects, undergraduate and postgraduate courses in methodology, the publication of the digital magazine “Lavboratorio” and a wide and continuous Academic Production (books, articles, theses, conference papers, working papers, etc. .). Its outreach includes participation in the Metropolitan Node System Labour Market Information (SIMEL) and Program Assistance Observatory on Social Debt Argentina (ODSA)
